How long before results begin to show up in RankTracker?

I recently resubscribed to SECockpit, but now RankTracker shows no change for all sites and keywords I am tracking. The chart just shows straight lines or nothing at all.

I had a payment error and addressed the problem so all should be fine now, but ever since the error occurred RankTracker stopped tracking my projects.

Why are we seeing differences in ranking from reporting to what the actual ranking was?
