Using RankTracker
With RankTracker you can analyze your search engine positions.
Click on this button to create a new project.
Next type in your domain, but without http or www at the beginning, then click on save.
As soon as you save, the project appears here and you have new options.
Here you can select the language and the location.
You have the ability to add multiple languages and locations.
You can insert or type in the keywords.
Click on save and close and then on save once again.
That's it. This is all you have to do with RankTracker.
If you click on the domain, you can see that there is no tracked data yet.
It may take a few hours, until the data is collected.
As soon as the data is displayed, it will be updated daily.
You can always click on settings to add and remove keywords etc.
For SECockpit customers, RankTracker is completely free, up to 100 keywords.
Please notice that if you add multiple locations, your keywords count as two.
And this is how it looks when the data is displayed.
In the ranking you can see all the keywords with a different color, so that you can easily recognize them in the chart.
You can click on the keywords to distinguish them.
And you can click here to show all.
You can see the last seven days, the last 30 days and the last year in the chart.
Up to 15 keywords will be displayed, any more would make this view cluttered and unclear.
You can go to the domain settings and select the keywords you want to see in the chart.
Click on save and close to see the new keywords.
This is how RankTracker works. The data is updated on a daily basis and you really don't have to do anything after the first submission.
The whole process is completely automatic and you can see how efficient your promoting methods really are.
